📋 Description

• Onboard new sites and clinicians across federal and commercial healthcare environments • Conduct live virtual training sessions for clinicians across specialties • Present platform updates, training, and support at provider and leadership meetings • Lead virtual office hours and recurring Q&A sessions • Coach new users individually through early activation • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions for Site POCs and Clinical Champions • Track training attendance, completion, satisfaction, and time-to-activation • Develop and maintain clinical training curricula, job aids, and educational resources • Design self-paced and asynchronous resources • Develop release communications for feature and product changes • Identify, recruit, and develop Clinical Champions • Build and facilitate a Clinical Champion community of practice • Develop and execute implementation strategies for new and scaling sites • Diagnose and lead service recovery for initial adoption struggles and negative first experiences • Conduct workflow assessments and create site-level implementation plans • Identify recurring implementation patterns and document them in the implementation playbook • Build deep understanding of AI note generation, prompts, templates, and model boundaries • Interpret clinician-reported concerns and errors and perform root cause analysis • Recommend and implement prompt changes based on clinical judgment, safety, and quality standards • Escalate patient safety concerns immediately per protocol • Partner on the Clinical Quality Scoring Rubric and documentation audit findings • Work with the Technical Product Manager and on-call engineers to resolve live customer-facing issues • Translate clinician feedback into actionable product problems and advocate for prioritization • Contribute to product and feature discussions based on frontline patterns • Report to the Director of Customer Delivery and partner with Customer Delivery, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Support, Site POCs, and Clinical Champions

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) • 5+ years of direct patient care experience • Understanding of clinical documentation requirements, EHR workflows, and medical decision-making across specialties • Comfort operating in federal (VA) and commercial healthcare environments, or a credible plan to ramp up • Understanding of HIPAA, medical-legal documentation standards, and quality requirements • Experience with implementation science frameworks (RE-AIM, CFIR) or equivalent structured approaches • Ability to conduct root cause analysis using 5 Whys, fishbone, or equivalent methods • Direct or adjacent experience with AI/NLP prompt design, prompt evaluation, or clinical documentation improvement technologies • Comfort working with product analytics and dashboards • 3+ years developing and delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training • Ability to build curriculum and measure impact beyond satisfaction scores • Experience with virtual training platforms and presenting to groups from 5 to 100+ • Track record adapting delivery across specialties and audiences with different technical proficiency • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Strong cross-functional collaboration and clinical advocacy in technical discussions • Sound clinical and ethical judgment under time pressure, particularly around patient safety escalation • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity • Strongly preferred: Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, Medical Education, Clinical Informatics, or related field • Strongly preferred: Experience with ambient AI, clinical documentation improvement, or speech recognition technologies • Strongly preferred: Prior startup or fast-scaling environment experience • Strongly preferred: VA clinical experience and commercial health system experience • Strongly preferred: Section 508 accessibility compliance experience • Core business hours with flexibility across time zones • Willingness to travel 20–30% to federal and commercial sites • Citizenship status and visa sponsorship information requested during application
