📋 Description

• Define and maintain an enterprise reporting framework that supports operational, tactical, and executive reporting needs • Establish standards for report design, metric definitions, visualization, documentation, and lifecycle management • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions • Partner with data, technology, and governance teams to align reporting solutions with enterprise data architecture and source systems • Identify opportunities to modernize reporting infrastructure, reduce duplication, and retire low-value or redundant reports • Guide the team in analyzing operational, financial, customer, and workflow data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Lead, coach, and develop a team of reporting analysts, building skills across reporting design, analytics, automation, and business partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred) • MBA is a plus • 7 + years in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or operational analysis • 3+ years of experience leading analysts or managing reporting teams • Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel; AI-enabled analytics experience is a plus • Experience establishing reporting standards, governance, or frameworks in an enterprise environment • Relevant BI or analytics certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) preferred • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality reporting solutions • Proven experience driving reporting quality, consistency, and process improvement.
