📋 Description

• Leading a team of analysts to establish, govern, and evolve enterprise reporting capabilities • Owning reporting governance, standards, frameworks, and infrastructure for consistent reporting • Defining and maintaining an enterprise reporting framework for operational, tactical, and executive reporting needs • Overseeing design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions • Ensuring role-based security and access controls across reporting solutions • Guiding team in analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Leading and developing a team of reporting analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred) • MBA is a plus • 7+ years in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or operational analysis • 3+ years of experience leading analysts or managing reporting teams • Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel; AI-enabled analytics experience is a plus • Relevant BI or analytics certifications (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) preferred • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality reporting solutions • Proven experience driving reporting quality, consistency, and process improvement
