📋 Description

• Architect and design the enterprise SharePoint information architecture, including hub sites, site collections, and governance policies • Lead design of custom business applications using SPFx, Power Platform, and Azure services • Evaluate technologies and establish development standards, best practices, and code review processes • Lead hands-on development of complex SPFx web parts and extensions using React and TypeScript • Develop automated Power Platform workflows and applications, custom connectors, and external integrations • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise line-of-business applications • Create and maintain PowerShell/PnP scripts for administrative automation, site provisioning, and content migrations • Define and implement the organization's knowledge management strategy in SharePoint • Design and configure advanced SharePoint Search solutions • Lead large-scale migrations from legacy systems to SharePoint Online • Mentor developers and site administrators • Provide expert Tier 3 support for complex code, performance, and integration issues • Liaise with security, network, database, and other IT teams to ensure secure, compliant, integrated solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of application or web development experience • At least 5 years architecting and developing custom Microsoft SharePoint solutions, preferably SharePoint Online • Proven experience leading development projects and mentoring junior developers • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Security Clearance • Expert proficiency with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and TypeScript • Expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate, including complex flows and canvas apps • Strong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills, particularly PnP PowerShell • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint information architecture, security models, and application lifecycle management • Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and external data source integrations • Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate certification highly preferred • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification desired
