📋 Description

• Responsible for managing the financial transactions and records related to incoming payments from customers or clients. • Assist in the management of accounts receivable, including invoicing clients, posting payments, and reconciling accounts. • Follow up on outstanding invoices and past due accounts, communicating with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and facilitate timely payments. • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions, updating customer information and payment status as necessary. • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to address client inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly. • Generate reports on accounts receivable status and aging to support financial analysis and decision-making. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing accounts receivable procedures and enhancing overall efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
