📋 Description

• Support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government • Lead and manage the entire capture process, from opportunity identification through proposal development and award • Identify, qualify, and capture strategic federal government opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading the full capture lifecycle in a Federal market • Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant regulations • Expert-level knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle and acquisition process • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government customers, and potential partners • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools • Familiarity with sourcing tools like BGov, GovWin, SAM, and other platforms used for opportunity tracking • Strong capability in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and Google Workspace • Travel may be required for training, conferences, or client visits • US Citizenship required
