📋 Description

• Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Pros for quality project work • Research and/or complete training to understand clients’ businesses and project requirements • Meet with clients to determine preparation needs • Review and modify client project documentation for virtual preparation methods and time frames • Develop virtual preparation materials with guidance from the Director of Agent Development • Prepare assigned agents through testing and project/client and Working Solutions procedural instruction • Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation information • Assist with agent scheduling when starting new projects • Provide additional preparation for active PROs as needed • Respond to preparation-related PRO questions • Provide encouragement and recognize accomplishments • Document and implement programs, processes and procedures • Provide results reporting to Working Solutions management and/or clients

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident for full-time employment • Bachelor's degree or higher required; preferably related to Education • Teaching experience is essential and required for consideration • Experience teaching children and creating curriculum preferred; virtual experience is a plus • 3–5 years of classroom and/or virtual training experience • Strong communication and ability to motivate learning • Organization and ability to work independently from home • Ability to learn and communicate substantial information • Ability to prioritize work at high speed • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality • Excellent computer skills • Openness to quickly learning new teaching tools, programs, and systems • Creativity and willingness to inspire learning • Knowledge of call center processes and techniques is a major plus
