📋 Description

• Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues • Proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and resolve issues with Account Managers • Identify at-risk accounts and develop mitigation plans through closure • Present compelling demonstrations of Workiva’s suite of products and services • Lead renewal sales processes to close by demonstrating Workiva’s value proposition • Review and validate installed base reports • Collaborate with internal teams to pursue accounts for renewal • Maintain strong customer relationships to grow the business • Update customer relationship management tools regularly and timely • Provide accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis • Plan and execute sales strategies to complete sales and optimize profits • Prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion • Communicate regularly with accounts that may increase subscriptions or XBRL services

🎯 Requirements

• High school/secondary school education • 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals • Ability to work from home and be self-directed; scheduling own appointments • Excellent time management and territory management skills • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office • Associate’s degree preferred • Basic knowledge of accounting preferred • Basic knowledge of Software as a Service business model preferred • Force Management training is a plus
