📋 Description

• Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels covering company news, benefits, and cultural initiatives • Support planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events, town halls, and team-building activities • Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones • Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure internal campaign success • Collaborate across HR, Marketing, and internal teams to amplify the employer brand and keep the global workforce informed and inspired

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information • Minimal travel • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
