📋 Description

• Execute the pre-sales framework through virtual and onsite meetings, drive discovery, lead product demonstrations, and identify how Workiva solutions address customer and prospect needs • Demonstrate expertise across Workiva’s Financial Reporting solutions and relevant industries, departments, and use cases • Translate Financial Services industry needs into Workiva solutions • Assist Sales in developing account plans aligned with Workiva strategies and objectives • Conduct process assessments and build Proofs of Concept to validate requirements • Build and present partner-specific business cases • Work with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services to support smooth onboarding and long-term customer success • Develop new use cases or use existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value • Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers as needed • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success to achieve team and company goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience • Experience with Financial Services customers in banking, insurance, or asset management • Domain expertise in financial services workflows, regulations, and use cases • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives • Actuarial reporting experience at an insurance company preferred • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience building processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross-functional alignment • Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with technical aspects of connectivity and integration, including APIs • Capability to gather business needs and present compelling, value-based software demonstrations preferred • Reliable internet access when working remotely • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis • Up to 40% travel
