📋 Description

• Execute the pre-sales framework through virtual and onsite meetings, discovery, whiteboarding, product demonstrations, and needs identification • Demonstrate Workiva’s Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting domain areas • Translate Public Sector needs into tailored Workiva solutions • Partner with Sales on territory plans, account plans, and opportunity strategies • Conduct process assessments, build proofs of concept, and present business cases and demo assets • Partner with implementation partners and Client Services to support onboarding and long-term customer success • Develop new use cases and leverage templates to demonstrate solution impact and value • Provide cross-domain coaching, share best practices, and mentor peers on complex solution design • Collaborate with Sales, Specialists, Product Marketing, Partners, CPX, Scoping, Product, and other cross-functional teams • Design multi-year Success Blueprints and participate in journey-mapping workshops to drive platform adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience • Experience with Public Sector assured financial reporting in Federal, State, and Local government industries • Domain expertise in governmental workflows, regulations, and use cases • Practitioner experience in government accounting and preparation and analysis of complex financial statements using GASB, FASAB, and FASB standards • Strong ability to operationalize GAAP guidance • Hands-on experience with SaaS architectures, API integration, and cloud technology platforms such as ERP, FP&A, and GRC • Ability to execute enterprise sales motions and build relationships with Technical Decision Makers and Enterprise Architects • Experience with technical evaluations, stakeholder mapping, whiteboarding, business-needs discovery, and value-based demonstrations • AI fluency, including evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and bias • Up to 40% travel • Reliable internet access while working remotely • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis • CPA or CGFM certifications highly preferred
