📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive training programs, consulting services, and implementation support for Autodesk products and ARKANCE solutions across the AECO portfolio • Provide ongoing technical support to customers and ensure successful adoption and utilization of technology solutions • Conduct customized technical demonstrations tailored to customer needs and workflows • Mentor and guide customers through complex technical challenges and workflow optimization • Partner with Sales on product demonstrations that drive revenue • Support trade shows and industry event activities • Follow up with technical leads to answer complex technical questions • Contribute to ARKANCE and Autodesk revenue objectives • Complete weekly digital timesheets • Participate in continuous learning to maintain cutting-edge expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in the Autodesk family of products and ARKANCE-supported solutions • Comprehensive understanding of AEC&O industry workflows, design and delivery processes, and BIM collaboration technology • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational and time management ability • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required
