📋 Description

• Support and advise clients across their Oracle Cloud Financials environments, focusing on Procure-to-Pay processes. • Support Purchasing, Payables, Supplier Management, Expenses, and related integrations. • Serve as a trusted client advisor. • Resolve production issues and manage service requests. • Lead functional enhancements and ongoing optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. • Gather, document, and analyze client business requirements. • Recommend scalable Oracle Cloud configuration solutions. • Provide functional leadership and best-practice recommendations. • Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders, and client leadership. • Deliver work across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, deployment, and post-production support.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, including full-lifecycle project delivery. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay modules: Purchasing, Payables, Supplier Management, Procurement Contracts, Expenses, and/or Self Service Procurement. • Experience with end-to-end P2P processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, purchase orders, receiving, invoice processing, payments, supplier onboarding, and spend analysis. • Experience troubleshooting production issues, managing service requests, performing root-cause analysis, and delivering functional enhancements in Managed Services or post-go-live environments. • Ability to gather, document, and analyze client business requirements and recommend scalable Oracle Cloud configurations. • Strong understanding of financial controls, approval workflows, accounting impacts, and P2P integrations. • Experience with technology implementation lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and ongoing support. • Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating with technical teams, project stakeholders, and client leadership. • Substantial PeopleSoft Financials P2P experience may be considered as an alternative background. • Oracle E-Business Suite experience may also be considered. • Public Sector or government accounting experience is desired. • Oracle Cloud Financials or Procurement certification is desired. • PeopleSoft Financials certification or relevant PeopleSoft implementation/support experience is desired. • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, Smart View, or other Oracle reporting tools is desired. • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, file-based data import/export, or third-party procurement, expense, invoicing, or payment integrations is desired. • Experience in Managed Services, application support, AMS, or post-implementation support is desired.
