• Facilitate on-site training using validated applications, protocols, and processes • Work with technologists, radiologists, and other professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of HCUS products • Optimize image quality across HCUS modality products • Manage full system training • Coordinate training events with HCUS and customer-site contacts • Help develop customer training and support materials • Provide telephone support to customers, sales, and field service • Communicate equipment issues and customer concerns to Customers, Sales, Field Service, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Line Management • Provide ongoing support for application-related and image-quality concerns • Maintain documentation supporting customer training • Work with the HCUS team to gain customer acceptance of modality product solutions • Continue education on the modality product portfolio • Identify opportunities to increase market share and growth • Respond promptly to customer concerns, questions, and inquiries • Maintain communications and working relationships across HCUS departments • Participate in product, service, sales, and marketing strategy development • Report information and activities affecting customer satisfaction or future business activities • Perform other duties assigned by management • Adhere to quality, regulatory, safety, and established policy requirements • Participate in committees, performance-improvement and strategic-planning teams, and professional organizations • Comply with U.S. FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements • Comply with vendor-credentialing requirements for access to hospitals and facilities
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree preferred; Master’s degree in a related field • Registered Radiology Technologist credential: ARRT (ARRT (R), (MAM), (QM), (CT), (MR)) • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital radiology • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills • Ability to sit up to 75–100% of applicable work time • Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time • Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds for up to 20% of applicable work time • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, up to 85%, based on business need • Must comply with vendor credentialing requirements for hospital and facility access • Must comply with applicable U.S. FDA medical-device regulations, ISO 13485 requirements, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards • Must be willing to test for COVID-19 periodically and wear a face covering indoors as required, absent an approved accommodation
