📋 Description

• Scope, assess, plan, design, deliver, test, and document customer implementation projects • Support and migrate workloads to enterprise cloud platforms • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Endpoint management and security technologies, AVD, and similar solutions • Inspire and guide customers, coworkers, and partners in meeting project requirements • Lead technical delivery tasks and identify technology risks, impacts, and dependencies • Map technical requirements into actionable deployment and delivery steps • Design, configure, and document technology solutions • Act as technical lead on customer projects • Develop processes, documentation, and standards • Guide customers in evaluating features and recommend additional solutions • Escalate issues and communicate progress to stakeholders • Manage assigned work and priorities in alignment with project schedules • Contribute to project planning and execution • Perform special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship (clearable) is required • Federal Agency Clearance Requirements may require up to a 10-year background investigation • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of relevant experience • Accountability for successful technical delivery of customer projects • Experience in endpoint migrations to Entra or between tenants • Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies with hands-on experience in one or more listed domains • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills • Ability to provide thought leadership in one or more practice areas • Ability to develop processes, documentation, and standards • Ability to act as technical lead on customer projects and understand technology dependencies • Ability to quickly adapt to new technical areas • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams • Ability to solve complex problems and recommend improvements • Ability to guide customers in evaluating features and suggesting solutions • Ability to manage assigned work and priorities in alignment with project schedules • Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (AZ-140), Microsoft SC-200 / MS-500 / AZ-500, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, or comparable cloud certifications
