• Serve as the main contact for faculty, providing support and guidance on program expectations, logistics, and policies • Maintain communication with faculty and program leaders • Recruit and onboard new faculty, including selection, orientation, and training • Coordinate faculty scheduling and assignments to align with program goals • Manage faculty resources, including contracts, handbooks, instructional materials, and training materials • Manage faculty payments and expense reports • Coordinate travel arrangements and collaborate with Accounts Payable • Maintain the faculty roster and Salesforce database, including contact information, credentials, and expertise • Facilitate faculty performance feedback based on course evaluation results • Track faculty participation, feedback, and performance data • Identify faculty professional development needs and opportunities • Assist in strategic initiatives to enhance faculty engagement and performance • Match faculty expertise with program needs and support objectives • Identify faculty for educational event planning and execution, ensuring faculty preparedness • Support and guide faculty regarding updates, events, and organizational news • Provide leadership with insights to improve faculty management and program delivery • Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Content Strategy, and Education Leadership • Produce courses to monitor and assess faculty as required • Provide outstanding internal and external customer service • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor of Education and/or Business degree, or a combination of experience and education • Minimum of three years’ experience in corporate training or similar background • Experience with instructor recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation • Knowledge and practice with web-based, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training • Ability to prioritize workload • Comfortable writing for and presenting to various audiences • Flexible and detail oriented • Understanding of adult learning needs and program development • Working knowledge of developing online educational programs on Learning Management Systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build relationships with faculty and collaborate with diverse stakeholders • Experience in conflict resolution and managing challenging situations diplomatically • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with database management and learning management systems (LMS) preferred • Strong understanding of adult education principles and instructional design best practices • Familiarity with non-profit association management and virtual course delivery • Experience in faculty recruitment and development • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to the association’s mission and values • Some travel may occasionally be necessary
