📋 Description

• Lead the largest active enterprise program end to end from business case through go-live • Oversee Program Managers running multi-quarter enterprise business system programs and scale the team as the portfolio grows • Own the delivery standard for enterprise system and transformation programs, including stage gates, testing, cutover discipline, and go-live readiness evidence • Manage vendor and systems integrator delivery, holding partners to commitments and escalating performance problems through governance forums • Build working relationships with business system owners in Finance, Sales, HR, and IT while maintaining delivery accountability within the tower • Lead the internal delivery bench across infrastructure and cloud operations, enterprise architecture, AI-enabled functions, regulated business functions, and the data platform • Own intake and demand triage for shared services work, applying engagement criteria and maintaining a triaged portfolio • Shape strategy and business cases for shared services work and agree priorities with the CIO • Deliver against approved business cases and manage third-party spend, vendor fees, hardware, and licensing against project budgets • Report delivery status, risk, and go-live confidence through the EPMO Intelligence Portal • Develop the team using the EPMO career progression framework

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years in program management, including named CRM, ERP, or HRIS deployments delivered end to end • Depth on at least one full lifecycle from business case through stabilization • Experience leading a program where a business function, not the delivery team, owned the system and the requirements • Vendor and systems integrator management on a major deployment • People leadership experience while leading a small team of senior practitioners • Experience delivering against an approved business case and managing third-party spend, vendor, hardware, and licensing against a fixed project budget • Experience delivering in a regulated environment such as SOC 2 or PCI DSS • Executive-facing communication and experience presenting delivery risk to senior leadership and functional executives • Experience running an intake and demand triage model against a constrained bench • Experience leading internal shared services, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture delivery • PMP or equivalent certification • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: data platform or analytics consolidation program experience • Preferred: transformation program experience spanning more than one business function • Preferred: prior experience in an enterprise PMO • Preferred: named platform depth in SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics, Workday, or SuccessFactors • Preferred: proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and portfolio reporting tooling
