• Manage day-to-day required case management tasks and provide technical assistance for post-allocation cases • Manage RPC pre-arrival reports and adhere to required timeframes • Maintain database accuracy in IRIS and Dynamics and recommend upgrades • Assist with monitoring frameworks, data collection, reporting, and grant compliance • Develop and maintain expertise in program subject areas and serve as primary contact • Review field office reports and provide timely feedback • Oversee the beneficiary feedback survey and quarterly data summaries • Collaborate on development and implementation of the annual training plan • Identify training needs and develop, revise, facilitate, and conduct trainings • Revise program procedures, tools, methodologies, and staff manuals • Participate in Communities of Practice and cross-departmental meetings • Report program strengths and weaknesses to the Associate Director of Initial Resettlement • Ensure compliance for an assigned portfolio of field and subrecipient offices through monitoring, consultation, and technical assistance • Build rapport with local staff and support onboarding for new managers and PC-funded initial resettlement staff • Conduct annual PC Site Profile reviews, quarterly manager check-ins, monitoring visits, and follow-up desk audits • Contribute to case file form creation and revision and semiannual reporting • Participate in up to 10% travel for site visits and training facilitation • Perform other duties as assigned
• Mature and personal Christian faith • Commitment to World Relief’s mission, vision, and values • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities • Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Association of Evangelicals’ For the Health of The Nation document • At least 2 years’ experience working in resettlement • Self-motivated, collaborative, and an attentive listener • Excellent writing and editing skills • Proficient in Microsoft Suite • Ability to perform research and data analysis • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask • Experience working in a grant-compliance context • Domestic travel up to 20% • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Social Work or a related field (preferred) • At least 3 years’ experience in refugee resettlement work (preferred) • Familiarity with IRIS, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Asana (preferred) • Overseas and/or cross-cultural experience (preferred) • Experience working in Preferred Communities and the PC Gaps/IAR programs or Initial Resettlement (preferred)
