• Provide project management oversight from maintenance through eCOA decommissioning • Oversee and remain accountable for deliverables, timelines, and completion of work to Worldwide SOP standards • Review and identify study trends and proactively address study-specific requirements with eCOA vendors and study teams • Communicate eCOA project activity information to internal and sponsor study teams • Serve as the escalation point of contact for assigned eCOA study-related project issues • Coordinate timely delivery of eCOA project communications, including study status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and project-call scheduling • Review study designs and approve User Requirements Specifications (URS) for post-go-live Change in Scope • Prepare, review, and approve site and support materials and helpdesk documentation when required • Perform financial reviews and manage budgets, including Change Order reviews • Collaborate with eCOA vendors, study teams, stakeholders, and sponsors
• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or able to demonstrate equivalent experience • Minimum 1 year of experience working in eCOA and clinical trials • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management • Ability to lead and understand policies, procedures, financial principles, and leadership principles • Excellent time management and project management skills • Effective communication skills • Demonstrable knowledge of operational aspects regarding Phase I-IV clinical research trials • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with eCOA topics, including eCOA designs and scales • Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical experience required • Fluency in English required for writing, speaking, and understanding day-to-day business • Proficient client-facing skills • Proficient use of common office software • Self-motivated and able to contribute positively to a team environment • High attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to use sound independent judgment and take initiative • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to adapt to new technologies, concepts, and processes; make improvements and solve problems • Highly organized, detail- and service-oriented • Role may require domestic and international travel • Ability to work flexibly across different time zones when required
