📋 Description

• Own, manage, and drive optimization of the entire Salesforce.com platform • Establish and implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity • Analyze and improve business systems and integrated applications • Design, document, build, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements • Implement Salesforce custom objects, junction objects, master-detail relationships, and lookup relationships • Maintain and support formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows, Process Builder, approvals, and assignment rules • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, flows, processes, and approval processes • Partner with management, analytics, business intelligence, and end users to create Salesforce functionality and dashboards • Test new functionality before production deployment • Investigate critical production problems as a subject matter expert • Evaluate Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements for sales efficiency and productivity • Maintain database integrity through data cleansing and duplicate record management • Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, security, access settings, objects, fields, record types, and page layouts • Manage operational requests and reporting; troubleshoot issues • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards • Identify solutions to inefficient workflows and improvement opportunities through measurement and analysis • Mentor and train Salesforce users in CRM best practices • Develop training materials and provide user support • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated with a tenacious drive for results • Demonstrated communication skills, positive attitude, teamwork abilities, and ability to achieve established targets • Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools • Minimum of five years of professional experience, preferably in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) or healthcare industry • Minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator • Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM201 and ADM211) certification • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including custom applications, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and intermediate-complexity content • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality • Strong data management abilities • Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements • Experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or Contract Research Organizations preferred
