📋 Description

• Defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the revenue technology ecosystem. • Owning CRM architecture, governance, and system scalability across revenue functions. • Evaluating technologies and identifying opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and user experience. • Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Designing and implementing workflows and automations that improve operational effectiveness and reduce manual effort. • Leading integration strategy across CRM, marketing, finance, enablement, and operational platforms. • Ensuring data flows reliably and efficiently across systems and business processes. • Establishing governance frameworks that improve data quality, integrity, and usability. • Partnering with Revenue Operations and Business Performance teams to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. • Managing vendor relationships, technology evaluations, implementations, and ongoing optimization efforts. • Developing documentation, standards, and governance processes that support long-term scalability and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, Business Systems, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or a related field. • Deep expertise in CRM platforms, specifically, Gong and Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certification required). • Experience designing and managing complex system architectures, integrations, and automations. • Strong understanding of revenue technology ecosystems and go-to-market processes. • Experience establishing data governance and data quality frameworks. • Proven success leading large-scale systems implementations and optimization initiatives. • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing technology vendors and external implementation partners. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.
