📋 Description

• Administer a book of existing accounts ranging from straightforward to complex • Onboard new accounts and transactions • Coordinate and oversee relationship management of corporate clients • Manage day-to-day administration of Global Capital Markets accounts • Serve as a subject matter expert for processes, products and services • Review and approve assignments and DWACs • Reconcile accounts daily • Follow Bank and Department policies and procedures • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner • Maintain client relationships • Maintain working knowledge of accounts and governing documents • Liaise with operations, compliance, DTC, management and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business • Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional Trust Services Global Capital Markets • Prior banking experience is required • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills • General knowledge of regulatory rules that apply to communication with customers • Strong analytical skills • Ability to organize workflow and maintain high attention to detail • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and exercise sound judgment • Ability to write reports, memorandums, business correspondence and draft procedure manuals • Ability to effectively present information and respond clearly and concisely to questions from managers, investors, DTCC, auditors, and others • Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future
