πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Coordinate with EPC partners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams β€’ Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery β€’ Identify risks and proactively escalate issues affecting timelines, costs, or quality β€’ Maintain organized project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication β€’ Participate in site visits and construction meetings to support on-the-ground execution β€’ Collaborate with Project Development, Development Engineering, Asset Management, and Account Management teams β€’ Improve internal processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and scalability β€’ Support delivery of commercial-scale solar projects on-time, on-budget, and to high quality and safety standards

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 1–2+ years of managing projects, or recent graduate with solid career experience from an internship, part-time, or full-time role β€’ Experience in Construction, Project Management, Solar Development, or a related field providing project-management tools and resources β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently β€’ Ability to proactively reduce risk and address problems before they affect timelines or budgets β€’ Detail-oriented, thorough, and committed to zero-defect deliverables β€’ Eagerness to learn solar development and construction management β€’ Growth mindset and ability to develop creative, effective solutions β€’ Ability to thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally β€’ Flexibility and ability to respond quickly to changing priorities β€’ Ability to articulate and implement solutions and streamline processes β€’ Must currently live in the Northeast region (MD to MA) β€’ Ability to travel regularly to active construction sites; occasional travel outside the Northeast may be required
