📋 Description

• Coordinate with EPC partners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams • Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to ensure timely delivery • Identify risks and proactively escalate issues affecting timelines, costs, or quality • Maintain organized project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication • Participate in site visits and construction meetings to support on-the-ground execution • Collaborate with Project Development, Development Engineering, Asset Management, and Account Management teams • Improve internal processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and scalability • Support delivery of commercial-scale solar projects on-time, on-budget, and to high quality and safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of managing projects, or recent graduate with solid career experience from an internship, part-time, or full-time role • Experience in Construction, Project Management, Solar Development, or a related field providing project-management tools and resources • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently • Ability to proactively reduce risk and address problems before they affect timelines or budgets • Detail-oriented, thorough, and committed to zero-defect deliverables • Eagerness to learn solar development and construction management • Growth mindset and ability to develop creative, effective solutions • Ability to thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment • Ability to work cross-functionally • Flexibility and ability to respond quickly to changing priorities • Ability to articulate and implement solutions and streamline processes • Must currently live in the Northeast region (MD to MA) • Ability to travel regularly to active construction sites; occasional travel outside the Northeast may be required
