📋 Description

• Support scientific researchers and students on complex data workflows • Debug application performance and improve research workflows • Support researchers and students on complex University operating systems, software installation and maintenance, and hardware • Collaborate with engineers and developers to identify complex system data, hardware, or software components • Perform complex security analyses of computing systems to ensure data protection • Develop multiple complex project plans to provide timely and accurate technical support to research end-users • Participate in project development and research activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education • 4 years of experience in a High Performance Computing Environment • Experience with infrastructure deployment • Experience with software development • Experience with statistical software packages • Strong technical and problem-solving skills • Linux command line experience • Programming experience with a modern language such as R, Python, or C++ • No specific certification/professional license is required • A driver's license is not required
