📋 Description

• Support WVU Medicine’s budget process, including data entry and analysis • Complete and compile financial support documentation for budgets • Evaluate financial processes and reports and implement efficiency improvements • Develop and submit analytical financial data and information for department leaders • Perform department reconciliations and analysis • Perform accounting-related functions and submit accurate financial data during month-end processes • Perform billing for various departments • Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and analysis • Perform productivity analysis and reporting • Support performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field • One (1) year of accounting or finance experience (preferred qualification) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with computer databases and spreadsheet software • Strong understanding of Excel • Ability to sit for extended periods of time • Ability to work in an office environment
