📋 Description

• Assisting with data projects, program operations, and analytics engineering projects • Collaborating with team members, other departments, and external partners as needed to ensure data projects are completed effectively and efficiently • Cleaning data, maintaining reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders to track key metrics • Supporting Empower Project leadership in monitoring and identifying trends in the mobilizer recruitment pipeline • Working with voter file data, targets, and research to help drive program growth at the top and bottom of the funnel • Assisting program leadership with other activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Python programming experience in a data setting • Comfortable with common data science libraries (Pandas, Polars, etc.) • Comfortable learning about and implementing different platform APIs • Ability to write clean and reusable code for use in a production environment • Experience with data/analytics engineering • Experience using version control systems (Git, etc.) and managing a code repository • Experience querying SQL databases • Experience creating data visualizations (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio) • Experience with BigQuery and other Google Cloud Platform products • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel to analyze data • Experience working with voter file data
