📋 Description

• Provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs for multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, speech samples, and auditory elements • Translate and localize UI copy, prompts, responses, and other written content from English into Serbian • Curate high-quality audio data representing linguistic and prosodic details, including intonation, rhythm, and accent • Collaborate with technical staff to improve speech modulation, accent variation, noisy recordings, and multilingual audio processing • Improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows • Train and refine Grok for voice interactions, speech recognition, and multilingual auditory experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in Serbian, including exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations • English proficiency at minimum B2 level • Clear, natural vocal delivery and pronunciation suitable for audio recording • Strong auditory perception for speech, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality • Ability to evaluate multilingual audio content, cultural vocal expressions, and contextual interpretation • Ability to transcribe audio accurately across accents and varying audio quality • Ability to translate and localize text accurately between English and Serbian • Ability to provide high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples • Strong comprehension and independent judgment when handling ambiguous, noisy, or accented speech • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills • Commitment to developing sophisticated multilingual audio capabilities • Personal device must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later • Must meet legal eligibility requirements; visa sponsorship is unavailable • US-based candidates cannot be located in Wyoming or Illinois • Preferred: background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, AI training data, voice models, translation/localization, voice work, or audio production • Portfolio is strongly preferred for advanced candidates
