📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured enterprise data • Develop SQL scripts, stored procedures, and ETL workflows for data migration and synchronization • Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune data integration processes • Participate in Analysis of Alternatives to evaluate enterprise BI architecture solutions • Design and maintain data warehouse schemas, data marts, and dimensional models • Collaborate with database administrators on data integrity, performance tuning, indexing, and partitioning • Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and paginated reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik • Translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations communicating trends, KPIs, and anomalies • Create and maintain BI data models using DAX or MDX • Implement automated data validation and quality checks • Ensure dashboards, reports, and data sources comply with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards • Implement row-level security, data masking, and access controls • Collaborate with software developers, database administrators, and business analysts in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant data products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; equivalent professional experience may be considered • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, BI development, or database development roles • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and dimensional data models • 3+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, views, and stored procedures • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or C# • In-depth understanding of data warehousing, ETL methodologies, and data architecture patterns • Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Strong communication skills for conveying complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Active DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification or higher, or willingness to obtain • U.S. citizenship • Public Trust or favorably adjudicated Secret Clearance at start • Must adhere to government cybersecurity policies, OPSEC requirements, and system access regulations
