📋 Description

• Conduct active outbound prospecting across multiple channels; • Qualify leads and identify business opportunities aligned with the company's profile; • Schedule meetings for the sales team; • Use a consultative approach during the initial presentation of solutions; • Record and update information in the CRM, monitoring the sales funnel; • Engage with leads in Portuguese and English, as required; • Track prospecting metrics and results; • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR; • Intermediate to advanced English (required) — necessary for conversation, reading, and writing; • Strong verbal and written communication, with clarity and professionalism; • Must have organization and discipline to work remotely; • Techniques for active prospecting and lead qualification; • B2B sales processes; • Familiarity with sales funnels and CRM systems; • Intermediate to advanced English (conversation, reading, and writing); • Knowledge of consultative selling and corporate solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication in Portuguese and English; • Ability to conduct consultative approaches with clarity and objectivity; • Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously; • Comfortable using digital tools and CRMs; • Ability to identify opportunities and act with a sense of urgency. • Proactive in prospecting new clients; • Discipline and organization for remote work; • Results-oriented, focused on meeting targets; • Strong interpersonal skills; • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
