📋 Description

• Ensure client requirements are met efficiently and warehouse operations are streamlined and cost-effective • Manage daily operations and business of multiple warehouse and transportation operations across multiple customers • Enhance the culture for Team Members • Steer safety programs and generate results • Build strategic relationships with customers • Assist in creation of budgets • Manage P&L performance daily • Drive organizational vision and create a vision for the book of business • Support Business Development on new business pursuits • Project manage new operation start-ups • Recruit and develop Managers • Communicate effectively and motivate team members • Promote initiatives, teamwork, cooperation, safety, and employee satisfaction • Manage customers through proactive communication and data-driven results • Create and meet production targets; review and evaluate performance reports • Set priorities and schedule work and tasks • Establish quality goals and ensure internal and external KPIs are achieved daily • Actively participate in problem-solving and propose improvements • Drive a high-performance culture and develop people

🎯 Requirements

• Have worked in a warehouse environment at a General Manager level or above • Worked in Third Party Logistics industry • Utilized a WMS extensively • P&L Management/Budget Creation Experience • Have worked with figures and understand basic mathematics needed for reporting, analysis, and differentiation purposes • Manage your time effectively and be focused on setting clear objectives and priorities • Have managed a large team of people across multiple shifts • Have knowledge of workforce management and industry best practices • This is a remote position with travel within the US • Equal Opportunity Employer
