📋 Description

• Provide system-level support for assigned Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization • Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation • Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions • Gather and translate business, clinical, and financial requirements into technical solutions • Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, IT, and application teams • Provide technical guidance, education, and troubleshooting support to end users • Lead and participate in project planning, establish goals and milestones, develop work plans, and coordinate tasks • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and changes; escalate complex issues when needed • Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, processes, and team effectiveness • Participate in an on-call rotation as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare information technology or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Active / Current Epic Security certification required • Provider administration badge preferred • 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry • Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, building, or maintaining relevant applications • Experience with Epic application build and configuration for the assigned module • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to project delivery • Capability for sedentary work, including sitting for extended periods and occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force • Ability to travel up to 25%, including travel for go-live implementations • Ability to work with core operational and collaboration hours aligned to Eastern Time
