📋 Description

• Provide system-level support for assigned Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization • Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation • Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions • Gather and translate business, clinical, and financial requirements into technical solutions • Partner with clinical, operational, financial, IT, and application teams to resolve issues and improve workflows • Provide technical guidance, education, and troubleshooting support to end users • Contribute to project planning, establish goals and milestones, develop work plans, and coordinate assigned tasks • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and changes; escalate complex issues when needed • Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, processes, team effectiveness, and user experience • Participate in an on-call rotation • Report to the Application Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare information technology or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Active Epic certification in the assigned application/module required: Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration Certification • 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry • Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, building, or maintaining relevant applications • Experience with Epic application build and configuration, as required for the assigned module • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to successful project delivery • Knowledge of application support, systems analysis, and healthcare workflows and requirements • Capability for sedentary work, including sitting for extended periods and occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, as required
