📋 Description

• Provide system-level support for assigned Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization • Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation • Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions • Gather and translate business, clinical, and financial requirements into technical solutions • Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, IT, and application teams • Provide technical guidance, end-user education, and troubleshooting support • Lead and participate in project planning, establish goals and milestones, develop work plans, and coordinate tasks • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and changes; escalate complex issues • Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, processes, team effectiveness, workflows, system performance, and user experience • Participate in an on-call rotation as required

🎯 Requirements

• Active Epic certification in the assigned application/module (Epic Stork) required • 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry • Hands-on experience supporting, configuring, building, or maintaining relevant applications • Experience with Epic application build and configuration • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to successful project delivery • Knowledge of application support, systems analysis, and healthcare workflows and requirements • Experience applying project management methodologies • Capability for sedentary work, including sitting for extended periods and occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including travel for go-live implementations • Ability to work core collaboration hours aligned with Eastern Time (ET)
