📋 Description

• Support Xylem locations in Mulberry, Florida and surrounding areas by servicing and maintaining water and wastewater treatment equipment • Operate, troubleshoot, service, and maintain water and wastewater treatment equipment on-site • Troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, including motors, control panels, instrumentation, starters, sensors, and related components • Work a general Monday–Friday day shift schedule • Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 2–5 years of technical experience in municipal, industrial, or commercial environments with a strong emphasis on electrical systems • Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical equipment, including motors, starters, control panels, sensors, and associated components • Exposure to process water, wastewater, or other industrial equipment systems preferred • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize smart devices • Strong customer-facing and communication skills • Ability to identify and address potential safety concerns • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
