📋 Description

• Enable the ability to leverage trade and customer-facing events as a sales, marketing and branding tool • Ensure managed events achieve brand and business objectives • Execute events within approved budget • Provide easy and efficient travel services to YCA employees and customers • Lead select tier 1, 2 and 3 tradeshow and customer-facing events • Report on performance and provide actionable insights • Manage vendor relationships • Adapt category strategies into event strategic plans • Provide corporate travel services • Define desired customer experience throughout the customer journey • Interpret customer data, behaviors, and feedback into marketing decisions • Create visual content to share product and brand attributes • Plan, organize, and manage event tasks and resources • Acquire products, services, or results from external sources, including contract and buyer/vendor relationship management • Ensure all project work is included while controlling project scope
