📋 Description

• Ensure timely resolution to end user issues • Ensure IT general control requirements are followed • Ensure the health of IT enterprise computer systems to deliver availability goals • Ensure work meets business needs • Ensure that staff can successfully access IT enterprise computer systems • Ensure positive end user experience • Perform enterprise system updates with patches and/or code promotions • Perform enterprise application administration • Perform cloud platform administration • Perform data backup monitoring • Address IT environment access requests • Address enterprise computer administration tasks • Support YCA’s compliance with required field audits • Manage on-premise or cloud-based networks, including secure data flow, access management, and network monitoring • Administer private cloud applications and infrastructure • Plan, organize, and manage project tasks and resources • Generate and deliver internal and external reports • Identify, evaluate, and control technology-based threats • Manage hardware or software systems • Support end users with PC operations, programs, access, systems, operating systems, and basic platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with cloud environments • Experience with Microsoft Enterprise technologies • Experience with enterprise computer hardware • Working experience with network communication protocols (http, ftp, sftp, ssl, udp, tcp/ip, DNS) • Experience with IT system segregation • Experience with IT general controls and auditing • Experience with command-line tools and scripting • 3+ years IT support in a corporate environment • Proficient in MS Office applications • 5+ years IT enterprise hardware support
