📋 Description

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention through exceptional and timely customer support • Spend most of the day in an inbound phone queue consulting and educating current Yelp advertisers • Demonstrate the value of Yelp by highlighting investment returns through advertising performance metrics • Handle escalated clients using listening and conflict-resolution skills • Become an expert in Yelp's advertising solutions • Adapt product recommendations to client needs by asking probing questions and handling objections • Communicate effectively with clients and Yelp employees • Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly goals • Use Chatbench, Yelp's internal tool providing secure access to LLM models, to research, draft proposals, analyze data, and overcome objections

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Problem solving and troubleshooting ability • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred • Love for local businesses and understanding of their importance in local economies • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to handle difficult conversations with business owners professionally and in a solutions-oriented manner • Ability to balance consulting and supporting as needed • Willingness to receive and implement feedback • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment • Access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots cannot be used • Residence in the Western region of the United States, specifically Mountain or Pacific Time Zones • Availability for a permanent Saturday-Wednesday schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-4:00pm PST, weekdays 9:00am-6:00pm in the candidate's timezone
