📋 Description

• Educate, strategize, and sell Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound sales calls • Reach and engage local businesses across the US and Canada • Work scheduled shifts in local time: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., as determined by the manager • Own and manage a client pipeline in Salesforce • Sell advertising to small local businesses from a home workspace • Become an expert in Yelp advertising solutions and tailor product recommendations to client needs • Ask probing questions and overcome customer objections and rejection • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals • Manage time and daily sales activity effectively • Collaborate with a virtual team across multiple states

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the Central Region of the United States • Experience or ability to work in a high-volume, outbound phone sales environment • Ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals • Ability to manage rejection, customer objections, and tough conversations • Ability to navigate multiple tabs, screens, and video conferencing tools • Familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce or ability to learn new tools and software • Strong listening, assertiveness, persistence, and persuasion • Curiosity about people and local businesses • Adaptability and ability to think on your feet • High integrity and team-oriented approach • Ability to work a set Monday-to-Friday schedule from home
