📋 Description

• Educate, strategize, and sell Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound sales calls • Work 100% by phone with local businesses • Reach and engage as many businesses as possible • Own and manage a CRM pipeline of clients including dentists, florists, and restaurant owners • Recommend Yelp advertising solutions based on client needs • Ask probing questions and overcome customer objections and rejection • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and daily metrics • Manage time and complete daily sales goals • Sell advertising to small local businesses across the US and Canada • Collaborate with a virtual team across multiple states

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must reside in the Central Region of the United States • High-volume outbound sales calling experience or ability to perform high-volume phone-based sales • Ability to learn and apply training and feedback • Ability to navigate numerous tabs, multiple screens, and video conferencing tools • Familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce or ability to learn new tools and software • Strong listening, assertiveness, persistence, and persuasion • Ability to ask probing questions and overcome customer objections and rejection • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Integrity and ability to work as a team player • Curiosity about people and local businesses • Adaptability and ability to handle challenging conversations • Ability to work Monday through Friday on one of the specified local-time schedules
