📋 Description

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound dialing to business owners • Own and manage a CRM-organized client pipeline, including dentists, florists, and restaurant owners • Sell advertising to small local businesses from home on a Monday-to-Friday schedule • Become an expert in Yelp advertising solutions and provide product recommendations tailored to client needs • Ask probing questions and overcome customer objections and rejection • Use quick-close techniques to exceed individual goals • Navigate the initial call through qualification and close while ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly quotas • Track and manage daily goals and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated interest in sales/business or people-centric industry • No fear of the phone and willingness to make a high volume of outbound dials daily • General computer and email proficiency • Google Suite proficiency • Ability to work in a distraction-free environment • Access to an individual hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots are not permitted • Open to feedback and willing to implement areas for improvement • Strong, engaging interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight • Current US work authorization • Residence in the Western Region of the United States, including Pacific Time, Mountain Time, or Arizona Time Zones • Not currently considering candidates in the Bay Area
