📋 Description

• Join a sector team covering industries such as consumer goods, software, or financial services • Develop deep expertise in proprietary datasets and methodologies • Own analytical data products and workflows end-to-end • Ensure data accuracy and reliability while improving product methodologies • Analyze massive datasets to answer client questions • Identify methodology gaps, derive insights, and uncover opportunities • Tackle complex data problems and test new datasets • Use AI and tooling to increase speed, reduce manual work, and automate workflows • Build repeatable processes and validate AI-generated outputs • Partner with Research, Engineering, Product, and other teams • Improve products, methodologies, datasets, and team processes • Potentially develop investment methodologies, build research products, evaluate alternative datasets, create AI-powered workflows, and design dashboards or AI experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics • Ideally experience in financial services, consulting, data science, product analytics, high-growth technology, or a similar environment • Advanced SQL skills • Experience using Python or PySpark to build reliable, reusable analytical workflows and automations • Ability to turn complex datasets into scalable products and methodologies • Ability to develop mental models of unfamiliar businesses, industries, and datasets • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take ownership of problems • Ability to communicate methodologies, assumptions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Curiosity about industries, competitive dynamics, and company performance • Active use of AI tools and interest in improving analytical product development • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States
