📋 Description

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan and maintain spiritual disciplines • Participate in church and Young Life spiritual community activities • Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development • Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership • Recruit and train new leaders and build a leadership team • Model excellence in contact work, club, Campaigners, and camping • Raise financial support and maintain donor relationships • Communicate ministry updates to donor partners • Assist with camp fundraisers and attend assigned committee and adult functions • Participate in contact work, Young Life club, Campaigners/discipleship ministry, and camping strategy • Potentially serve on summer or assigned staff at a Young Life property • Follow Young Life policies and maintain professionalism • Set and review yearly ministry and personal goals • Assist with office administration and complete expense reports • Attend required regional and area training • Receive individualized training in spiritual maturity, character, and ministry skills

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college degree • Proven relational skills with both kids and adults • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Must profess belief in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord • Must subscribe to Young Life's Statement of Faith and required staff policies • Must be willing and able to fulfill required ministry functions • Must refrain from conduct and statements that detract from Young Life's biblical standards • Must abide by Young Life policies and practices
