📋 Description

• Design user experiences for new and existing product features using Material design and an existing components library • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure designs are feasible, well-scoped, and implemented as intended • Work effectively with teammates across multiple time zones, balancing synchronous and asynchronous collaboration • Contribute to and help evolve design systems, patterns, and documentation • Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and changing priorities • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a fast-moving environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or a related role • Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles • Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and engineers • Ability to collaborate across time zones using clear documentation and async communication • Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced environment • Clear communication skills
