📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with business stakeholders • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation • Support e-commerce and quoting-related workflows across digital platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery • Analyze and support the functional documentation of business processes, integrations, and system dependencies • Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies if applicable • Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities throughout delivery • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Digital Consultant in consulting or technology environments • Strong experience with e-commerce platforms and digital customer journeys • Experience working with quoting, CPQ, configuration, or pricing logic workflows • Ability to write detailed user stories and functional requirements • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working across distributed/global teams
