📋 Description

• Support the Department of Defense’s Spouse Education & Career Opportunities (SECO) contract, focusing on the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in assigned MSEP partner accounts • Create and execute strategic marketing action plans based on client requirements and performance objectives • Assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis • Participate in outreach events, career fairs, and information sessions in person and virtually • Research stakeholder business lines, industry trends, and current events to develop collaborative relationships • Train and educate new corporate partner representatives on the MSEP program • Serve as liaison for employment connections between spouses, installations, and stakeholders • Build and maintain relationships with military installation points of contact • Facilitate collaboration between installations, MSEP partners, and stakeholders • Coordinate communications materials, event logistics, webinars, and ad hoc partner meetings • Document stakeholder information in internal and client-provided account management systems • Manage and execute new stakeholder onboarding, including project plans, quality control, and client meetings • Maintain program databases and metrics and implement quality assurance processes • Coordinate with the Annual Meeting/New Partner Induction lead on content, partner data, and onsite support • Ensure operational performance, deadlines, quality control, and performance standards are met • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field OR four years of experience providing social services, behavioral health or adult training • Three (3) years' experience in training development and delivery, public speaking, group presentation and facilitation skills, preferably in adult education, medical or non-medical setting • Two (2) years' experience supervising or overseeing the delivery of social services and/or education programs, systems and services • Professional experience cultivating, managing, and building relationships with geographically dispersed clients and ability to network effectively • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Knowledge of the mobile military culture and lifestyle • Ability to follow established business processes, understand client needs, and provide timely issue resolution • Strong internal/external client-customer focus • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, customer-service environment • Willingness and ability to travel to Career Fairs, Networking events and/or industry trade shows as assigned; travel could be 10–25% • U.S. Citizenship required for positions requiring access to U.S. Government facilities and systems • Valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance required for positions requiring access to U.S. Government facilities and systems • Must complete and clear the full government background check process based on the role • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
