📋 Description

• Conduct pre-, during-, and post-mission planning, mission execution, and data quality checks • Coordinate with customers and Zeitview Sr FOS to understand logistics and scheduling constraints • Project manage field operations for data collection with Field Leads • Solve or escalate operational issues and proactively communicate with customers • Understand and follow drone capabilities, drone and airspace regulations/applications, and standard operating procedures • Resolve real-time customer, software, SME reporting, billing, and field-related issues • Provide ad-hoc support to Sr FOSs and customers for general inquiries • Use Zeitview’s online, desktop, and mobile software platforms • Collaborate with Account Management and field QAQC teams, including filing bug reports • Maintain visibility into the assigned vertical’s pipeline and execute all statuses accordingly • Identify process and procedure gaps and report them to the Operations Manager • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce • Interest in technology and the drone space • Drone experience and knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure and in rapidly changing situations • Proficiency in scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack • High degree of accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to take ownership of tasks • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English • Bachelor's degree preferred
