📋 Description

• Maintain up-to-date payer contracts and fee schedules for customer accounts. • Perform data discovery and entry tasks, including formatting spreadsheets and accurately modeling fee schedules. • Read, interpret, and understand payer contract terms. • Quickly complete task lists and provide timely updates on progress. • Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work to ensure account readiness. • Communicate with clients about the details of their payer contracts. • Coordinate with internal teams for additional research, problem resolution & preventative measures. • Support escalated and complex issues further investigating solution and clearly communicating with stakeholders. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client service strategies and high-quality client service experience. • Support other team members during peak times or when additional help is needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree & 1 year OR HS Diploma and 3 yrs • Good understanding of physician and/or hospital reimbursement methodologies. • Experience modeling fee schedules or working with physician and/or hospital billing. • Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Empathy and patience when dealing with clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
