📋 Description

• Translate business strategy into a prioritized roadmap of initiatives • Partner with leaders across Sales, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Operations • Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives • Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities and evaluate progress • Lead and improve the team’s rhythm of business • Support long-range planning and annual operating plan processes • Build clear materials and recommendations for decision-making • Improve processes, planning mechanisms, and operating models

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, process improvement, consulting, or related fields • Clear and effective communication skills in writing and presentations • Data-informed problem solver with strong Excel skills • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Domo • Strong project and program management skills • Ability to build trust and influence across cross-functional organizations • Proactive, organized, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
