📋 Description

• Set the vision and strategy for Zillow's product development platforms and builder tools • Translate platform strategy into near-term priorities and identify core platforms, temporary solutions, and tools to retire • Develop business cases and recommendations to build, buy, renew, migrate, or retire platforms • Represent platform and tooling needs in product development lifecycle transformation discussions • Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the portfolio including Replit, Atlassian, and Airtable • Evolve the portfolio as tools are introduced or retired • Partner with Engineering and technical program managers to deliver features and platform improvements • Define product and engineering support models for core platforms • Manage vendor relationships, influence vendor roadmaps, provide budget input, and apply vendor capabilities at Zillow • Define adoption and value metrics, share results with leadership, and recommend changes • Develop documentation, training, and self-service support to scale adoption • Mentor product managers and cross-functional partners • Demonstrate AI-native product practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with technical products such as platforms, internal tools, developer tools, or enterprise software • Experience owning a platform end to end, including strategy, roadmap, adoption, vendor management, and renewal • Experience using AI building tools such as Claude, Replit, Cursor, or similar tools; ability to prototype with them and explain their impact on product development • Ability to adapt as AI tools, workflows, and priorities evolve • Understanding of security, compliance, and governance for platforms enabling non-engineers to build and deploy software • Technical fluency to lead platform design and architecture trade-off discussions with Engineering and Security • Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and identify problems worth solving • Ability to influence senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, and Finance • Experience mentoring other product managers • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: Experience owning Atlassian tools as a product manager at enterprise scale • Preferred: Experience with Replit, Claude, and/or Glean • Preferred: Experience with source control and CI/CD tools such as GitLab and cloud platforms such as AWS
