📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and distribute status reports and detailed project schedules • Lead regular status meetings and communicate Studio Z and stakeholder revisions • Develop project plans and briefing documents with Account • Attend and lead briefings to clarify deliverables and timing • Support weekly resourcing meetings with organized project requests • Flag capacity conflicts and timing risks to the Senior Program Manager • Facilitate communication, schedule creative reviews, and provide written recaps • Route creative copy documents, presentations, digital files, and other materials for review and approval • Schedule debriefs with Account, Strategy, and Creative teams after client presentations • Maintain operational systems including JIRA, Google forecasting sheets, and DAM • Maintain accurate project data for team-level reporting • Adopt AI tools and productivity solutions to improve workflow efficiency • Support creative portfolio delivery from brief through delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management, creative operations, or campaign production experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and editors • Collaborative mindset and desire to get the best work from teams • Eye for efficiency and creative problem solving • Project management tool experience is a plus • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Curiosity about AI and emerging tools, with drive to embed smarter workflows • U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions
