📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise systems and integrations • Partner with product, engineering, and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Document designs, configurations, and impact • Drive complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows • Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize disruption • Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and reusable configurations for information systems • Advocate for best practices, security, and compliance • Plan and execute system changes, releases, and upgrades • Coordinate test planning with cross-functional teams and perform post-implementation validation • Analyze usage patterns, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify process automation, workflow optimization, and feature improvements • Mentor peers and partner teams on system capabilities, configuration options, and operational procedures • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of experience in information systems, enterprise applications, or a related technology role supporting business-critical platforms • Experience designing, configuring, and supporting complex enterprise applications or platforms (e.g., HR, finance, CRM, ITSM, or similar systems) in a fast-paced environment • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver system changes from concept through implementation • Experience analyzing system issues and data flows to develop remediation plans, process improvements, or automation opportunities
